Taste. 24 bottles of wine are available at any time in our Wine Station self-service tasting machines. Just a taste, half, or full glass – it’s your choice, so take you time and explore choices from Old and New World producers. In more of a beer kind of mood? Saddle on up to the copper-top bar at the Trio Taphouse and choose from a selection craft brews, with 24 beers on tap. Or try a Trio Flight, and sample a taste of 4 beers of your choice.

What goes better with the tasting experience than cheese? Let our Cheesemonger provide you with a sample of one of our 50+ artisinal cheeses. They run the gamut – mild, wild, cow, sheep, or goat. Or select a cheese plate, grilled panini, salad, or maybe just a “small plate” from our Bistro Menu. Our panini’s will impress you with delicious breads and artisinal cheses, along with the highest quality meats.

Our mezzanine lounge is set up perfectly for private events, parties, gatherings or for just relaxing….there are two lounge areas with leather sofas and seats and a pool table.

Trio serves lunch from 11am to 4pm each day.

    • Choice of cup of soup or small Caesar Salad for each guest
  • 2nd Course:
    • Choice of Panini for each guest
      House grilled cheese TRIO blend with truffle oil
      Farmhouse cheddar and turkey with cranberry chutney
      Muffaletta prosciutto, coppa, mortadella, soppressata, provolone, mozzarella and TRIO olive tapenade
      Aged gouda and rare roast beef, roasted tomato and arugala
      Brie and prosciutto di parma with rosemary fig spread
      Hummus and avocado pita, cucumber tomato salad and sprouts
      Shrimp and fresh mozzarella, lemon basil pesto, roasted tomato and arugala
