Breakfast here is more than just bagels with BIB’s signature smoothie and juice recipes, including 7 house special smoothies plus the option to customize to your taste-buds. We love to add chia seeds, Spinach, Kale, and avocado to our smoothies too! Trying a smoothie might be the perfect addition to your breakfast bagel or signature sandwich.

      Fresh romaine lettuce topped with vine ripe tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion and house made croutons served with your choice of dressing
    • Greek Salad
      Fresh romaine lettuce topped with Boars Head pepperoni, feta cheese, vine ripe tomatoes, cucumbers, black olives, banana peppers, red onions and house made croutons served with homemade house vinaigrette
  • 2nd Course: Entree, Choice of Signature Boar’s Head Sandwich
    • Hatteras
      Shaved corned beef and juicy sauerkraut with russian dressing served on homemade rye bread
